Christina Oms is an experienced Human Resources executive with over two decades of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Her portfolio of skills and experience encompasses broad Human Resources functions across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation planning, systems, performance reviews, compliance, payroll, and budget. Through the last decade, she has managed Human Resources operations in federal contracting firms with a concentration on initiatives addressing employee satisfaction, developing effective teams, and furthering organizational purposes.

Ms. Oms received a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the American Military University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
