Under this branch of services, ISN currently performs work for HUD under the Mortgagee Compliance Manager contract. ISN oversees the conveyance process for FHA insured homes from mortgage lenders to HUD and assists with the conveyance of homes with good and marketable title to ensure the home has been properly maintained. ISN processes approximately 70,000 different types of transactions each month that are submitted by the Mortgagees.
As the service provider of large-scale, nationwide facilities maintenance and management, ISN has met federal program needs in all 50 United States and territories for the oversight of government-owned property. In addition to our work for HUD, ISN supports the United States Marshals Service by managing all property seized under the Asset Forfeiture Program, which includes inspection, maintenance, HVAC, utilities management, lease management, and many other critical facilities management tasks. This ongoing work takes place across the nation leveraging our nationwide field force of facilities professionals.
ISN also provides property management for 100,000 square feet of office space supporting over 50 commercial clients with thorough building maintenance services, including cosmetic enhancements, repairs, lease and utility management, janitorial services, winterization, HVAC, inspections, testing, and security services.
