Ms. Busby is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience leading complex, mission-critical programs and operations across the Federal Government, Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense. Throughout her career, she has held progressively senior leadership roles in program delivery, operational performance, organizational transformation, customer engagement, and business growth.

She has a proven track record of improving program performance, transforming challenged organizations, and building high-performing teams. Her expertise includes program and portfolio management, operational strategy, financial management, governance, workforce planning, risk management, contract execution, and strategic growth. She excels at bringing structure and accountability to complex operations while aligning business objectives with customer mission requirements.

Prior to joining ISN, Ms. Busby held executive and program leadership positions at CACI and Verizon, supporting national security, defense, intelligence, and federal technology missions. These experiences provided her with a broad perspective on mission delivery, customer engagement, operational transformation, and leading multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated environments.

Ms. Busby holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in Information Systems. Her credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Security+, and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications. She has also completed executive leadership programs at Cornell University and Harvard University.
