Kumar Reddy serves as ISN’s Director of Contracts, bringing more than 15 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of federal and commercial contracts across civilian and defense agencies. Before joining ISN, he held leadership roles at Advanced Bioscience Laboratories, AstraZeneca, CONRAD/Eastern Virginia Medical School, and several other research and healthcare organizations, where he successfully managed complex contracting, procurement, and compliance initiatives. Throughout his career, Kumar has supported major federal agencies, including HHS, NIH, CDC, USAID, DoD, GSA, and FDA, while leading contract negotiations, subcontract management, regulatory compliance, and strategic acquisition efforts.

Kumar holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). His expertise includes Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract lifecycle management, audit readiness, procurement strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Known for building collaborative relationships and driving operational excellence, Kumar is committed to strengthening ISN’s contracting capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s continued growth and success in the federal marketplace.
