Ms. Lamm serves as the Director of Contracts at ISN, where she leads the Contracts Department with a strategic, solutions-focused approach that ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and mission success.

With 14 years of experience in Government contracting, Ms. Lamm brings deep expertise in the full contract lifecycle, from proposal development and negotiations to post-award administration and closeout. She is a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, partnering with leadership, pricing, program management, and business development to align contractual strategies with corporate objectives.

Her experience encompasses a range of contract types and functions, including oversight of prime and subcontract relationships, FAR and DFARS compliance, and reporting. She is known and respected for her work ethic, detail-oriented leadership, ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, and commitment to delivering compliant, timely solutions.

Ms. Lamm holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

She is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and maintains an active Top Secret Security Clearance.
